Sabrina Abraham

I was six when I received my first journal. It was deep red and came with a brass key and lock. I had every Barbie and doll a girl that age could ever want, and yet, my diary fascinated me. As I began to practice my penmanship, filling pages and pages with childhood stories and feelings, my life took shape through the words I wrote. One full journal lead to another, which lead to the 15 that now fill a box in my basement.

So who am I?

Writer living in Canada’s capital; communications consultant by profession, blogger by pure passion. I am wife to a man I met 15 years ago at a little known place called Dairy Queen. I am mama-bear to a sweet little boy we call petit monsieur. I am born in April and prefer to wear pearls over diamonds. I am a proud girly girl and spend the winter months daydreaming of dresses and sandals and playing in the sand with my son. My favourite hobby is eating.

Welcome to my world.

Hi Sabrina, I’m a reporter for the International Business Times working on a story about breast milk exchanges in the US. I saw your post about why you decided to donate, and I would love to interview you for my story. If you’re interested, I can be reached via email. Thanks! –Elizabeth Whitman
